Northside Roast Co. is a small-batch roaster in Brunswick, Melbourne. We buy a short list of coffees, roast them in small batches and send them out fresh.
We keep the range tight on purpose. A few blends for the daily cup, and a rotating set of single origins for when you want to taste a place. Every bag shows what is in it, how dark it is roasted, and how we think it brews best.
How we roast
Light roasts for fruit and florals, medium for sweetness and balance, dark for body and chocolate. Each coffee gets the roast that suits it, not the roast that suits a trend.

The roastery is at 27 Tinsmith Lane, Brunswick VIC 3056. Opening hours: Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm, Sat 8am to 1pm.
Buy well
We buy from importers we trust and tell you the origin of every bag. Producer details: we buy from small importers who work directly with farms and name the producer on every lot.
