Delivery
How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping is A$12 anywhere in Australia. Orders of A$120 or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live.
Do you ship overseas?
Not yet. Australia only for now.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose studio pickup at checkout and we will email you a time on one of our pickup days.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused pieces within 30 days for a refund. Contact us first and we will send you the details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Care
Are your pieces dishwasher safe?
Mugs, bowls and plates are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing keeps glaze looking its best for longer. Vases and planters should be washed by hand.
Can I use the planters without a plant pot?
Yes. Each planter has a drainage hole and a matching saucer, so you can plant straight into it. Use a free-draining potting mix.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is glazed by hand, so colour and surface vary a little. Screens also show colour differently.
Orders
What does GST mean on my order?
All prices include GST. At checkout we show how much of your total is GST, which is one eleventh of the total including shipping.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If it has not been packed yet, yes. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.
