Returns and exchanges

Returns

If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Please try things on over clean clothes.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel. Final sale items, if we ever list any, are marked clearly and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are free. We pay to send the replacement to you, and you pay to send the first piece back. Because we make small runs, the size you want may be sold out. On the product page, use Notify me and we will tell you when it returns.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace it, or refund you in full, and cover the postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Delivery

Shipping is a flat A$12 across Australia, and free on orders of A$120 or more. Orders are packed within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on where you live, and tracking is included. We do not ship outside Australia yet.
