Hear it work

A sample call, start to finish

What to notice

  • It checks it can help before taking any details.
  • It reads details back before acting.
  • It never promises prices, arrival times or repair advice.
  • It hands over to a person when it matters.

What it does

Six jobs it takes off the front desk

Books new patients

Takes a name, mobile number and reason for the visit, offers up to three real times, reads everything back and sends a text confirmation.

Books existing patients

Skips the questions it does not need. Check-up and clean or repair, then a time, then done.

Handles cancellations

Takes the details, states the cancellation policy once, and passes the change to the front desk as a ticket.

Routes emergencies

Pain, swelling, a knocked-out tooth: it asks one safety question, then transfers to the front desk or the after-hours line. No advice, no diagnosis.

Answers common questions

Hours, parking, health funds and children, from the clinic's own answers only. Fees go to a person.

Logs every call

One line per call in a sheet, plus a morning summary email of what needs a human.

Call flow

How every call runs
