What it does

Six jobs it takes off the front desk

Books tables

Party size, date and time first. It checks availability, offers nearby times when the first choice is full, then takes a name and number.

Records dietary notes

Written down exactly as the caller says them and passed to the kitchen. It never says a dish is safe for an allergy.

Hands off large groups

Nine or more guests go to the events team as a callback ticket. No prices and no confirmation.

Handles changes

Cancellations become a message for the team, with a text acknowledging the request.

Answers the usual questions

Opening hours, parking and walk-ins, from the restaurant's own answers.

Sends a text confirmation

After every booking, so the guest has the details.
